Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).

Once notified of our error, we will offer you these options; full refund, credit towards another future purchase or complete exchange with the fastest shipping option possible. If you decide to receive a full refund, we will ask that return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue the refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We do reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Photo Guidelines:

The photo you chose may be too small for the product you selected. This can result in a grainy or pixilated final product. If you try to resize the photo might distort the image quality. Since the finished product of your stationery is dependent on the quality of your photographs, it is important to use clear, original and unedited photos. If you have a larger version of a photo, original photo directly off your camera or a high resolution scan (scanned at 300dpi or above), please use that photo instead.
